B.     Utilizing all the resources of Heaven and Earth to proclaim, promote and expand the Kingdom of Heaven.

Its Interpretation

By “VISION”, we mean “seeing the Church the way God sees it.”  This picture is clearly presented in the Word of God.

The phrase: “Raising Up” means, “to bring up to a higher level in Christ; build up or help believers to come to a more mature understanding of their position, potential and privileges in Christ.”

By “A Mighty People,” is meant, “Believers who are consistently strong and maturing in their prayer communion and fellowship with God; in their knowledge of the Word of God; in the word of Faith; in righteousness of words and character; in their fellowship with the saints; in realizing and fulfilling their individual ministries for the Glory of God; in building strong family and other relationships; and in their giving and receiving.”

By the Words: “With GOD’ is meant, “Believers working along with God not only to learn about the true character of God, but to seek by all means to emulate and live in harmony with that true character as Holy children of God.

By the phrase:  “Utilizing all the Resources of Heaven and Earth” is meant, “being open to the Anointed One and His Anointing; being open to the Holy Spirit, His gifts, fruit(s), His guidance and help; being open to the ministry of five-fold ministers and the saints; understanding the function of angels to the saints; promoting the ‘whole counsel’ of God, in relation to life and godliness; and manifesting honesty, true stewardship, commitment, integrity and financial accountability in the accumulation and appropriate use of wealth and possessions in the work of the Lord.”

“To Proclaim” means, “to manifest or demonstrate the presence of, the character of, the relevance and power of the Kingdom of God.”

“To Promote” means, “to manifest or demonstrate the presence of, the character of, the relevance and power of the Kingdom of God.”

“To Expand the Kingdom of GOD” means, “to bring all people into a personal, vital and joyful relationship with Jesus Christ, and to train them (disciple) to bring others into this same relationship with Jesus Christ.”
